Tomato Vinegrette

Best Ever Tomato Vinegrette


2 Tbsp minced onion

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 large tomato, finely diced

4-5 fresh basil leaves

1 clove garlic, minced into a paste

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt & pepper to taste


Place onion in a bowl with both vinegars and let it macerate for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, add the tomato, basil, garlice, olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Add basil torn into pieces,

Wisk to combine. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving
