Simply Amazing Salsa

Salsa


1 Large fresh tomato
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro 
4 lemons- juiced 
1/2 cup red onion- fine dice
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sea salt 
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2-3 Tbsp minced jalapenos

Place canned tomatoes in a blender and pulse once or twice.
add all the remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings ( cilantro, jalapenos, salt and pepper to your taste)
let sit in fridge a minimum or 3 hours, or longer for better flavor!
