DAY 257

Grilled, Sesame-Marinated Baby Bok Choy
 
 
Marinade
 
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp Raw Blue Agave
 
Slice the Baby bok choy's and cover in marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes or more.
Grill on the grilled till lightly charred, sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with marinade.
Marinade is a great salad dressing too!
